1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services provided by plsapply.com ("plsapply", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use our services. Your purchase of a subscription constitutes your explicit acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of Service

plsapply is a done-for-you job application service. Upon purchasing a subscription, our team will apply to job opportunities on your behalf based on your profile, target roles, and career goals discussed during onboarding. We do not provide career counseling, resume writing as a standalone service, interview coaching, or employment placement guarantees.

3. Application Volume

plsapply targets approximately 300–500 job applications per month depending on your selected plan. Actual application volume may vary based on:

• Job market availability at the time of service

• Specificity of your target roles and location preferences

• Volume of fresh postings matching your profile at any given time

• Technical limitations of job portals and career platforms

plsapply does not guarantee a fixed number of applications in any given period. Volume fluctuations caused by market conditions, platform restrictions, or factors outside our control shall not constitute a breach of service or grounds for refund.

4. No Guarantee of Results

plsapply does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, job offers, or employment of any kind. Results vary significantly based on individual qualifications, market conditions, role availability, employer preferences, and decisions entirely outside our control.

Client expressly acknowledges that job searching involves factors entirely beyond plsapply's control including but not limited to employer hiring freezes, automated applicant tracking systems, economic conditions, industry downturns, and individual candidate qualifications.

plsapply makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding employment outcomes. The absence of interviews, callbacks, or job offers shall not constitute grounds for a refund, dispute, or legal claim against plsapply.

By purchasing our service you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and accept this limitation.

5. Job Portal Access

To deliver our service, you may voluntarily provide access credentials to job portals and career platforms. By providing these credentials you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of these accounts

• You authorize plsapply to access and use these accounts solely for submitting job applications on your behalf

• plsapply will not use your credentials for any purpose other than submitting applications

• You accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of plsapply does not violate the terms of service of any job portal or platform

• You may revoke access at any time by notifying us in writing

plsapply treats all credentials with strict confidentiality. Access is limited solely to the team member assigned to your account. plsapply shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of your credentials including but not limited to account suspension or termination by third-party platforms.

6. Payment and Billing

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By purchasing a subscription you authorize plsapply to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. plsapply does not store or have access to your full payment details.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@plsapply.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed in writing. You will continue to receive service until the end of your paid period.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable once onboarding has been completed and applications have begun. plsapply does not offer partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or refunds for unused portions of a billing period under any circumstances.

If you believe there has been a billing error, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@plsapply.com. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting plsapply will be contested and may result in immediate termination of service.

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date resume and career information

• Respond promptly to interview requests received from employers

• Notify plsapply of any changes to your job preferences or target roles

• Not hold plsapply responsible for employer decisions, market conditions, or outcomes outside our control

• Not share your plsapply dashboard or service access with any third party

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in reduced service quality for which plsapply bears no liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

plsapply provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our service will meet your specific employment objectives

• The results of using our service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Any specific number of applications, interviews, or job offers will result from use of our service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plsapply and its team members, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our service

• Any outcomes related to your job search

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

• Any other matter relating to our service

In no event shall plsapply's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount paid by you in the one month period immediately preceding the claim. Under no circumstances shall plsapply be liable for any amount exceeding your most recent monthly subscription payment.

12. Mandatory Arbitration and Waiver of Class Action

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration. You expressly waive your right to:

• A jury trial

• A class action lawsuit

• Any collective or representative action against plsapply

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. This clause survives termination of these Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless plsapply and its team members, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights including job portal terms of service

• Any inaccurate information you provided to plsapply

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, systems, and processes used by plsapply are the exclusive property of plsapply. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our service or content without prior written permission.

15. Termination

plsapply reserves the right to terminate or suspend your service immediately and without notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms

• You file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute

• You provide false or misleading information

• Your use of our service violates any applicable law

No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

16. Modifications to Service and Terms

plsapply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where plsapply operates.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and plsapply regarding use of our service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
